Harry Kokkinis struggled to contain his emotions as he spoke about his family’s legacy during the ribbon cutting at the new Table Talk Pies factory.
After all, Kokkinis had witnessed his grandfather and father build Table Talk to be a snack pies powerhouse, only to see it go bankrupt in the hands of another owner in the 1984.
Kokkinis’ father, Christo Cocaine, ended up buying back the company a few years later and turned Table Talk Pies around. By focusing his efforts on making the 4-inch pies the star of the Table Talk product line, Cocaine began expanding the pie-company’s reach across the region and the nation.
