For some, work simply defines what they do. For others, it’s more than that. It defines who they are. Americans and their occupations get their due Monday. Labor Day has given a nod to the American worker since the late 1800s. Of course, it’s a time for rest and relaxation – not a time to think about work. In recognition of the worker, we caught up with six people as they toiled at businesses in Central Mass.
